Requirements

  • ESC/POS compatible thermal printer
  • POS device on the same network

Steps

  1. Open branch settings in the dashboard.
  2. Go to Devices then Printers.
  3. Add the printer and choose USB or network connection.
  4. Print a test page to verify alignment.
